Wynne Paterson is a small firm giving personal service.

 

Our staff range from fresh eager Surveying Graduates to the experienced Directors.

 

We can carry out all Surveying tasks, as listed on the home page, as well as some Engineering design.

 

Wynne Paterson Limited is a member of the New Zealand Institute of Surveyors (NZIS). We are Registered Professional Surveyors as well as Licensed Cadastral Surveyors (meaning we are licensed by the Government to survey and locate Land Title boundaries).

 

Using the software on our computers combined with the internet we can exchange information with Architects, Designers and Engineers often without even using paper plans. Information is often exchanged electronically via email. We can also email plans to clients in formats that even the less technically aware can view on the computer screen. Of course, we can still produce a paper plan for you if you wish!

 

Being based in Porirua gives our surveyors good access to the region, quicker to some parts of Wellington City than those with city offices.

 

 

We can subdivide your property- if it meets Council requirements.
